Some of you may know that I volunteer as a Guardian to help look after some of Jamie’s defibrillators (for the OurJay Foundation). Recently, a new documentary was released and it is so worth a watch.

Please do take some time to learn about the amazing work of this charity.

In loving memory of Jamie Rees.
On New Year’s Eve, 18-year-old Jamie Rees suffered a sudden cardiac arrest without warning, and despite CPR from friends, delays and no nearby defibrillator meant he could not be saved.
This documentary follows Naomi, Jamie’s mum, as she campaigns for Jamie’s Law through the Our Jay Foundation, pushing for greater access to defibrillators and raising awareness of CPR.
