My most epic baking achievement.

Two main achievements come to mind. A long time ago, I quite got into cooking. One Christmas, I achieved a decent Christmas cake to take home to my parents. Although it now looks a little dated in design, I was very proud at the time. I had made the cake mix a few months in advance, which took ages, and then decorated it a few weeks before. It did taste decent, and I think it was around 2003.

My one and only Christmas Cake attempt

I was quite proud of cooking a Chinese meal for Mother’s Day around the same time. I made prawn toast, sweet and sour chicken, cooked meats rice, and noodles. It was pretty good, and I used to have a very handy Chinese cookbook. I also made a decent chicken and baby sweetcorn soup.

A failed attempt at a graphic worth keeping!
