While you have shows to book onboard such as “The Headliners Theatre”, a lot more entertainment is also available. See the separate post about the theatre. This time we are looking at the remaining enertainment on board.

Ocean Studios Cinema

The cinema has three screens and show films about 2 months old that are just departing the cinema back home. Each screen holds about 50 persons. A screen outside the cinema shows you if any available seats to watch your chosen film. You cannot book in advance and just show up early enough to grab a seat.

We watched a couple of films that included “Mean Girls” and “Anyone But You” which were both fun and enjoyable to watch.

The layout of the cinema is excellent with movie posters and decent screen sizes with good audio. The cinemas are also projection.

The cinema curtains open to reveal the films is also a nice touch. Pre film, you have about 7 mins of adverts mainly for P&O.

You can find the cinema on deck 6.

Mini Golf

The mini golf is free and is popular at the top of the shop on deck 18. We played this a lot and had fun. A decent 9 hole crazy golf course that ranges in difficulty and challenges. While playing, the golf is in the same area as “Altitude Skywalk”.

Altitude Skywalk

This is a “Go Ape” style experience for those wanting a high up fun rope course to work around. You can book places for this in advance.

Mission Control

A bookable and paid for experience. An escape room type immersive experience with two adventures to book. One being suitable for the family and the other being more for the adults.

Prices are £20 an adult and £10 for children. A 90 minute experience.

Most slots do get booked up in advance so while you can occasionally book at last minute, you generally need to plan.

My wife and daughter both enjoyed this ride.

Deck Games

At the top of the shop near the Altitude Skywalk are some outside sport areas for sports and a golf range.

Kids Club – Reef

Various kids club exist in the Reef area on deck 16. The club caters for young children through to early teens.

We did not use the area but imagine it is handy for those with young children.

Ariel Shows

In the Atrium between decks 6 to 8 are regular shows with acrobats performing to music.

Impressive shows that probably last 10 minutes with dance and music.

Casino

The casino was open much of the time near Brodies bar, lots of tables and machines.
