Working in customer service is not an easy task. If you work in this sector you have to be skilled to deal with complaints, resolve issues and retain customers, particularly if a manager.

The biggest way to aggravate an issue is to ignore your customer when they have a genuine and valid complaint. I am facing this situation with Trade Centre UK currently. Yet again they prove themselves to be incompetent and neglect their customers. The “After Sales Manager” ignoring my contact attempts.

My message is that I strongly advise you avoid buying vehicles from this dealership. They invest in sales and neglect after sales care.

I have separately written about the issue and will continue to do so in this blog

This firm failed to help my wife and don’t answer questions posed. Needing to help escalate the matter, my contacts have since been ignored while waiting for our car to be fixed. At time of writing they have had our car currently for three weeks and they just send a template email that they await a ramp to look at the car. No ownership of the issue by the after sales manager.

If you want to avoid a lot of stress, avoid this company.

And in the event that Trade Centre UK read this, you have a serious problem when your own managers will not acknowledge emails or ring your customers back. Please contact me.

My quick takes…

“The second season is nearly done, and somehow I’ve only just discovered this show. I’m about to start the series one finale and honestly, what a great watch it’s been. It feels like 24 meets Lost, with plenty of twists and surprises along the way. I’m hoping it just keeps getting better.“
