Some of you will know that I run a sister site called “Magic Seats”. As many of my readers are based in the Midlands, I thought that you would like to know about this new show that is taking place in Leicester:

A brand new show, featuring a plethera of magic and mentalism, is having it’s debut in Leicester. The ‘Magic in Mind’ show is coming to Oadby Royal British Legion on Friday, 5th of April.

Left to right – Pete Whitmore MMC, David Leeson MMC and Ian Gamage MMC

The line-up features Ian Gamage, Pete Whitmore and David Leeson, all members of the prestigious Magic Circle, and promises an eclectic mix of comedy magic and mind-blowing mentalism, in what promises to be a fun-packed evening of magical entertainment. The show also features live music from local musician George Russell.

Cabaret magician Ian Gamage (AKA ‘The Acceptable Face of Deception”) says ‘we are thrilled to be bringing ‘Magic in Mind’ to Leicester. We’ve worked really hard to incorporate the widest possible range of magic into the show, guaranteeing that you’ll laugh and be amazed in equal measure’.

Tickets are available from the venue direct, or at  https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/whats-on/leicester/oadby-royal-british-legion/magic-in-magic/2024-04-05/18:30/t-earyrkp

My quick takes…

(ALL)

  • Easter Eggs

“ As Easter approaches, I’m hoping to stay strong and avoid chocolate. My goal is to eat just one egg. Can I manage that? “

  • “Paradise” – Disney Plus/Hulu

“The second season is nearly done, and somehow I’ve only just discovered this show. I’m about to start the series one finale and honestly, what a great watch it’s been. It feels like 24 meets Lost, with plenty of twists and surprises along the way. I’m hoping it just keeps getting better.“
