Justin is familiar to Netflix viewers, having previously released shows like “Magic for Humans”. I always watch his shows and I have attended some of his live Zoom shows in the past.

This latest show is a one-off live recording of his recent theatre tour. He does frequently tour the US, and as I live in the UK, it was good to see a recording of him performing live.

If you like magic, this is worth a watch and comes in at just over an hour. Though a scripted set, the interactivity with the audience demonstrates Justin’s skills to work with events as they unfold, with an element of unpredictability.

Using phones, dollar bills, and other props provided by the audience, Justin entertains his crowd. An amusing watch, which is narrated with skill by Justin, with scene setting and storytelling.

While some of the set is not the most original, I do believe, though, that many will greatly enjoy this performance which brings magic to many as the art form that it is. I also still enjoyed watching as Justin has a great presentation style. I particularly liked his dollar bill work as while the original presentation is familiar, he builds on it throughout the show and keeps adding to the illusion. The zip code element is also quite amazing to watch.

Staging and set looked good and of course as recorded for TV, lots of good close ups to follow along. Very visual and a rare magic show with no playing cards in sight (which isn’t a bad thing).

I have to admit being a fan and I do have some of his posters signed (via his website). I really hope that he will consider touring internationally and particularly in the UK (or at least the BMC Convention!).

An enjoyable and entertaining watch. The link is below to watch/subscribe, hence I am deliberately not sharing too much to avoid spoiling this Netflix special. But I can say that the show finale (as I expected) was quite special and a feel good moment. Hopefully he will be back again on Netflix soon.
